Why is the 2020 SNS Annual Meeting cancelled?
The SNS Annual Meeting has been cancelled due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.
How are cancellations and refunds being handled for the SNS Annual Meeting?
The SNS will automatically cancel your meeting registration and refund you the full registration fee. No action is needed on your part. If paid with credit card, the same card will be refunded the amount charged. If paid by check, SNS will issue a reimbursement check and will mail to the address listed on the original check payment. All refunds will be issued as soon as possible. Hotel reservations have been cancelled by the SNS for all meeting attendees.
Will the Annual Meeting be rescheduled?
The SNS Officers and Executive Council are actively investigating various options for fulfilling our governance and education missions with you, as well as celebrating our historic 10th anniversary year. We hope to give you more information non any plans in the next few weeks.
Will attendees be refunded for their airline tickets?
The SNS will not be able to refund individual airline ticket costs. Please contact your airline directly to cancel your reservation and request a refund. Each airline has its own policies regarding refunds with changes happening daily.
